I buy a big jar of organic coconut oil online. I love it for cooking! There's no real taste off it, but it makes the food taste really fresh! I wouldn't cook with anything else.

Only annoying thing is the cleanup. You're best to dump it in the bag before it cools down and hardens. Do not throw it down the sink! It will only harden and block the sink up.

Would you have a link too it?

Planning on putting 1-2 Tbsp in with my whey:)

    This is the one: http://www.organicsupermarket.ie/shop/product/biona-raw-virgin-coconut-oil

It's raw virgin coconut oil. No processing, as pure as it gets.

Are you nuts? There quite a strong taste off coconut oil, I cooked a stir fry in it once, never used it to cook again (not a fan coconuts, I'd rather eat mud than a Bounty bar)

I can't taste any coconut off it either.

But maybe you'd pick up the coconut taste more not being a fan of coconut to begin with.

I find the taste mild. It is there though, and might not go with everything. but since I ****in love coconuts anyway, i cant complain. :D

I find the extra virgin coconut unpleasantly strong - but no smell or taste at all off the regular coconut oil - which I get in Asian shops.

If there's no smell of coconut off it then it's been processed etc and is actually bad for you.

Most health shops sell different brands of organic raw coconut oil. It's very versatile and great for dry skin.

I like cooking thai food with it but have made vegetable soup with it and the taste is just wrong. I love bounty bars, haven't had one in ages.

If you like to fry a bit of fish then coconut oil is the way to do it, delish!! Great for stir frying a bit of veg too. I sometimes use a coconut/bran oil, tasty.

I buy the Cocowel Coconut oil all the time it is Raw and unrefined. The cheaper brands of Coconut oil like KTC are refined oil so similiar to vegatable oils....

Does anyone know where I can buy refined coconut oil? Currently using virgin.
