Remove crap from diet, keep exercising and be consistent.

    Easy as that! :)

I have tried being consistent but I fail and have cut down crap but no change, just stay the same, not I don't want to lose much as I'm not overly fat.

You can't spot reduce fat. You have to reduce your overall bodyfat % and the only way to do that is by running a caloric deficit.

You should probably write down everything you eat as you sometimes don't realise how much crap you eat till you see it in black and white.
If your training well and eating well the weight will come off.

    Nailed it.

Your want to reduce fat, then it's the calorie numbers.

    Think of it like fuel:
    - you put in more fuel (calories) than you need, then your body makes fat
    - you put in more less (calories) than you need, then your body uses fat

Your body uses loads of calories on a daily basis (something between 1000 and 3000 depending on how tall and heavy you are) simply by you being alive.

Exercise increases the number of calories your body uses.

Be careful not to reduce your calories too much. That can be unsafe. If you do decide to reduce the number of calories you take in, then try to make sure the other food is nutritious. Lean meats and green leafy veg are good.
