boi mastercard and entropay

    Hello

    i tried to load some funds in sterlin from my mastercard on my entropay account but an error always comes up even after putting in my verification password


    is there some problem between entropay and bank of ireland?

    It may be your 3D Secure password that is blocked.

    Please call Credit Card Services on 056 775 7747/00353 56 7757747 and a representative will offer assistance.

    If it isn't your 3D Secure password, Credit Card Services should still be able to help.
