    Hi

I was wondering has anyone done this 60 day workout. Have a friend doing it who said it was very good. Was thinking of doing it. Has anyone done it and want to resell their 60 day workout DVDs, saw them on the ioffer website but looked too cheap to be true. Or does anyone know of where I can get the pack in Ireland.

    Thanks

I've done it and it is very good, requires dedication though as it's pretty tough.

You can buy it now from Argos... http://www.argos.ie/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/Search?storeId=10152&catalogId=14551&langId=111&searchTerms=Insanity&authToken=

never done the full course but i do use them as workout dvd's when its wet outside. Pet hate is training in the rain on your own so find that these are an excellent 30-40 min workout. really helps with fitness i find

    Tippgod

What price did you pay for them, a lad has them on advert.ie for 40 quid, u reckon they'd be the real deal, it's just that the box set is 130 in Argos

i got them off a friend for 20 eurofor the full set. He had bought them off ebay .

I'm into a good few different sports but just find the dvds excellent for a quick home workout. if you dont do them for a while, you do really feel it the next morning. i like it because it needs no extra equipment just a tv (or phone) and a bucket load of water :-)

    Anyone try Insanity Asylum?

I got to the final week and missed a day, then another and then I caved in. It's so hard, especially if you're an unfit fcuk like me. I couldn't get my energy levels up when I started the second month of it and it just got too hard. Plan to start again soon.

I seen it advertised in SPain last year and the price was like $150 (from usa). I googled "insanity work out ireland" and found it for €65 so got it right here at home.

Is their a way to download this workout online or do you have to pay to buy it. I don't mind paying for it but obviously if it can be watched online no point buying it.

I tried to find a download, but couldn't find it. Better off buying, because you have the full kit then.

My housemate "bought" it online and gave up shortly as he said it was too tough. My missus on the other hand was a former sports-acro coach and in good shape. She wanted to tone her belly up and she did. Worked at it for 2 months (still doing it) and was/is happy with the results.

I also us it but only for the Power Abs and Cardio Abs section once a week - noticing good results and currently looking the best I've looked.

I did it in 2010, didnt lose 1lb but my whole shape changed. Its amazing for results if you follow it properly and also fuel properly.

Im about 3 weeks into it, tough as hell but feels great doing it. Find it hard to do it 6 days a week though as i do gym work and soccer as well.

I'm on my third week of Insanity. I have to say I feel great. It is definitely working. I used to run in the past but hadn't done very muich in the past 6 months. I decided that this was going to get me back in shape. Even with running, I could never tone my upper body and core. It always seemed a bit 'loose'. I feel a lot tighter and fitter even though I am only on third week.

Has there been any update on how the two people that are trying out insanity for Ray Darcy show??

I would love to hear how other people who are doing this are getting on. Do you eat more/ Do you use recovery drinks? etc. I am vegetarian and the only thing I am struggling with is getting enough protein in my diet.

Can anyone advise about the difference between the different sets? I'm looking at 60 day total body conditioning V Insanity the asylum full set. Is there a conditioning section in the full set? Thanks

My wife who never really did any sports before did Insanity just before Christmas, and she was addicted. She stuck with it to the end, and was seriously toned by the end, she is even starting the 60 days again today. I would recommend this to anyone who is willing to commit time to improving their health.
