Greg Plitt's MFT28?

    Just wondering if anyone has seen Greg Plitt's new fitness plan. The basic's of it is that it's a 28 day cutting plan, Working out twice a day and the nutritional plan is heavily based around supplements with one huge meal a day.

    Just wanting to see if anyone had any thoughts on it?

    Didn't look at the training plan but I had a look at the nutrition. I wouldn't be a massive fan to be honest. As you said yourself, it's very heavily reliant on supplements. Just use myfitness pal or a similar website to track your calories and run a calorie deficit. You'll cut weight.
