Maybe add a bunch of salad (lettuce mainly) on top of what is in your main meals or inbetween meals and drink extra water along with it. Might keep your belly busy and you feeling full.

Eat foods that fill you up. Plenty of veg, drink plenty of water, a couple of cups of black coffee. You could look into Quest Protein bars too, they taste great, have a good profile and they're an easy/filling snack on the go.

If your used to eating a lot of junk food it can be very difficult to go cold turkey. Stupid as it sounds you kinda have to retrain your brain to getting used to not eating these kinds of foods.

The key from my experience is to start small and work your way up. Say your eating 10 bags of crisps a week, try cut that down to 5 for a week. Then 3 the next week and so on.

Its all about creating good habits I find. Once you get into the habit of not reaching for this stuff the first chance you get, you'll start finding it much easier to resist the temptation.

Once you start seeing the results you want it'll add to your motivation too!

Oh I probably should have said there's nothing wrong with my weight. I burn about 600-1000 kcal a session 5/6 days a week. Not looking to lose or gain. I was just thinking of how to get my fats and sugars from something better than the highly processed stuff. Eating all the junk.food just feels like training gone to waste.

The "sure I trained today" mentality is a killer

Oat cakes, pancakes, eggs, cottage cheese, tuna, salmon, almond butter, brocolli, other veg, chicken breasts.

Lots of tasty stuff to eat if you're training loads that is good for you :)
