.5kg/1.25lbs Olympic Free Weights???

    Hey guys im wondering does any one have any good sources for small olympic plates? I keep stalling on my OHP and Bench for 3 Sets of 5 reps and the only incriment in weight at the gym is 2.5kg and i keep failing....if not a source for the weights any ideas how to get over this plateau? I'm doing starting strength by the way, cheers for any help anyone can give!

    Was some sources there. As far as getting over the plateau you should look to change diet, then try a deload.

    Another options is Ankle weights from Argos, 2.5lbs each. You can wrap one around the bar each side if you wanna move up by 5 lbs, or just wrap one in the middle of the bar if you can only mange 2.5lbs.
