    can some please recommend a qualified Nutritionist/dietitian in Dublin.I train hard but seem to put on weight quick when i stop training for few days.thanks

    I have a diet plan that keeps me at 8% body fat with only little-to-moderate exercise and it's not super drastic/starving yourself
