    Hi ,

I normally have a banana in the afternnon to tide me over until I get home from work, especially if I'm going straight to the gym

Bananas are off the menu for the next while so I am looking for a healthy alternative, must be low in potassium!

    Thanks

That's a tricky one, all the filling carbs tend to come with potassium! How about a small recovery protein shake with dextrose in it? Should tide you over and then some.

Cheers for that. Have any links to suitable products?
