starting strength and running

    Hi
    I've starting the starting strength program a month back and find it good..
    The only problem is that i want to start up doing some running again as its something that i miss badly.Only now when i try to running my legs are knackered and feel heavy obviously from squatting three times a week..Has any one found away around this maybe by squatting once a week and incorporating something else into to replace it for the other two sessions ...this is the program here

    Workout A
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Press
    1x5 Deadlift

    Workout B
    3x5 Squat
    3x5 Bench Press
    5x3 Power Cleans
