Buying a car without residency?

    I am an EU resident moving to ireland in the next couple of months...just about to buy a property as overseas resident and then slowly i will be moving over with the family. My question, can i buy a used car without residency? Do i need a pps to buy a car? :-)

    If you buy a car already registered in Ireland all you need is an Irish address where it will be registered to.
