    having had a look at this I am wondering where is tghe downside of this stuff ?

    500ml is 20g protein for 80 odd cent with only 27.5gsm carbs and trace fat ?

    Is there a downside I am missing ?

    yea - but as a cheap, handy source of protein after a workout I think it's not a bad way to refuel - plenty of lads think GOMAD is a viable way of getting lots of protein - using this stuff can't be too bad no ?

    low glycemic 'sugars' actually

    since age 16 to early 20s I drank an average of 3litres of that pink milk, when I was working on a building site I was drinking 4 litres a day, sometimes 5! it worked for me, I would lift weights in the evenings after a full day labouring and wasnt sore the next day.

    whey would be a better option for immediately after a workout. 1 litre of slimline milk has 8g of whey protein but the other 32g is casein and will slow things down

    if youre drinking it all day the aminos will already be in your system ready to be utilized after training.
