Dumbbell Workout

    Hi. I'm looking for a home dumbbell workout that would compliment a running schedule. I'm starting cricket training in a few weeks and I need to drop a few pounds and improve my fitness. As it stands I'm running 3 days a week, so I'm looking for a single workout that I can do 2-3 times per week, or some sort of split routine. So I guess any kind of exercises that compliment sport, rather than a dedicated bodybuilding/strength routine. I also have a dumbbell bench at my disposal.

    I already done a Google search, but I just seem to be getting stuff from Men's Fitness, Men's Health, etc. I'd prefer a bit of advice of a human being.
