Ballpark on extending house

What would be a ball park figure for extending a house like the attached? The house on the left is the basic and the house to the right is the same house with the extension. So you're looking at knocking the garage and raising a two storey extension as well as extending the roof. This would be for building it, insulating…

So you're looking at knocking the garage and raising a two storey extension as well as extending the roof.

This would be for building it, insulating it, bringing the roof over and windows. Not including electrics, interior decoration/plastering etc.
