Hey, is there any1 out there that can shes some light on this 12day program wit
    Educogym?

I have a 12day training programme coming up. Just wondering

    1) is it possible to bulk in this time frame?
    2) do you get given a programme that you can take with you so when your 12days r up you can continue but in another gym?
3)by being diabetic would it affect you?

Would be really grateful for any help

    Thank you

i think they are known for their questionable weight loss program (and pushing their supplements) rather than bulking. Do a search in this section for Educogym and you'll see the previous threads

  • Save some cash by reading here, googling GOMAD and Stronglifts and taking a good look at your diet and where you can add "good calories".

Simple easy way to bulk pretty successfully.

    Want to build muscle:
    1. Eat more
    2. Lift heavy things and put them down again

    Want to lose weight:
    1. Eat less
    2. Burn more calories than you intake e.g. by doing cardio, weights, etc....

It really is as simple as that. You do not need some over-priced scammer in the form of an Educogym 'trainer' to tell you this.

Just a follow up point that always bugs me on there X day program's Gym's run, The moment you change something, be it lifting, eating, etc you're going to see a result, ( well ok let's say within a week ) .

As the chaps said, save your money, double check your food, drink milk, if you are having trouble eating enough cals ( drink it 2500 cals + plus )

Google a bit about the company and their methods before parting with your hard earned cash. There is no magic results or magic formula to this health and fitness stuff.

You would be far better doing your research and hiring a reputable personal trainer to give you instruction at points along the way if you need it.

Actually educogym do apparently have a magical formula.

If you come back after 12 days and have lost 1lb in weight they will remeasure your bodyfat with the formula & usually tell you something outlandish like you lost 11lb of fat and slapped on 10lb of muscle.

The usual complaints are the high price, the magic formula, pushing their overpriced supplements, and people might have issues about financially supporting the owner/franchiser.

First hit on google for educogym franchise is a rip off report site.

Does anyone know about if the programme they give is transferable to any other gym or is their gym unique with different equipment?

from what i've read/heard the jist of it is you go on a starvation/supplement diet and you'll lose a bit of water weight in the 12 days and they will claim it's fat loss. They cant reproduce the results after that so most people leave, they have your money

i think most of their programme is done on machines

there are cheaper and smarter ways to get fit/lose weight

Each session is 20 minutes I think also and ya all done on machines, although that's just what I have been told from people who have used it.

20 mins is only enough time to burn glycogen stores, that's assuming there's no warm up etc .. and also given it's a hear say comment ...

I'd say its water loss for sure, especially in a 12 day period, i've had people tell me they lost 7 - 8lb in a week when they first start training . diet ..

Haha RevFit is exceptionally good value in my opinion!! You'd get 3 months of 3x per week training and learn a hell of a lot for what EducoGym is charging. No brainer IMO. But I would say that... :D

    As for the OPs Qs...

    1) not with muscle
    2) you can bring it with you, but it'll be a sh*t program that will get you no results
    3) depends if you're type 1 or 2, trying to bulk in that time frame means a massive increase in kcals, which means your blood glucose and insulin levels get messed about with - bigger risk than you should take tbh

Only thing you will do in 12 days is recover from the Dom's from the first days training, and loose a bunch of water weight.

Quick Fix's do not exist, and are usually temporary as they are not as hard earned as the slow steady path.
