how to return a three hanset

    Hi there, my name is Tania and I wish to return a three handset that I bought on the 10/01. Reason is that due to tecnhical issues I havent been able to use the 3G for ten days and I've escalated this to both 1913 and grafton st store. I've also written to your head office. Since this has been continuously disregarded, I have no use for a smartphone whose blocking 3G. Please repply ASAP, in written to [email]removed[/email].
