chrome weight set

    does anyone know how much the long bar weighs on the chrome bar its not the olympic one , and no i dont have a scale so i cant weigh it, but if u have the one im talking about any ideas?

    Irish lifting ones are listed as
    5ft bar 5kg
    6ft bar 6kg
    7ft bar 7kg

    They are solid bars. If you got a kit in argos it is probably a 5ft bar, but if its vinyl weights it is probably hollow so much lighter.
