    Hi people,

could someone help me out with a little advice.

I hurt my back last week and have absolutely no core muscle around my spine :o

Anyway I've sorted physio in Ranelagh and will be asking the physio about doing some pilates classes with a trained physio.

Next up I need to find a gym/pool nearby to where I live in Ballsbridge to work on improving my strength and loosing a few pounds.

I don't want a gym where I have to sign up for a 12 month membership but would be happy if I could pay every month or every time I go. I could do that in friarsland years ago but can't find anywhere now that doesn't have a 12 month membership.

I'm only going to be in Dublin until the end of May so I don't want any longer.

The Merrion pool is far better then the Énergie pool and is PAYG if it's just a pool you're looking for! You can combine this with your pilates & it will be enough for the 1st while without any long term commitment!
