Would have got it much earlier but didn't think of Laois until a minute to go. Only because I have relatives there.

I completely blanked on Fermanagh, Kilkenny, Laois & Offaly but I'm not sure they even exist anyway

I remember Kilkenny alright, same colours as Borussia Dortmund. And don't they call Smithwick's 'Kilkenny' outside Ireland? In Germany, they do

Are Offaly and Leitrim still being counted as separate or are they classed as one greeny grey amorphous blob?

I did it in just over 2 minutes. All that rhyming off by heart in primary school stayed with me all these years.....

Without any cheating like ye lot(:pac:) and haven't not looked at names of counties since school(many years ago :)), got 27 straight away but got stuck till Roscommon and Longford came to mind, they actually exist?! :)

Then got stuck on last 3 for the last 2 minutes. Tempted to Google but didn't. Bloody Laois and Offaly got me. Last one which blanked me was Tipp, FFS.

Seems a few got stuck on Laois and Offaly, the Cowen factor? :)

    33 Fingal.

    I repeat.

I got impatient and gave up with about 6 left. No surprise they were all from the midlands area-sorta

In general the counties I never want to visit or live in. The "true" boggers by my book :pac: (I dont live in Dublin)
