Would someone be able to help me in programming L sits.

Was tested on these the other night and couldn't even lift myself at all. Overall goal would would be to hold for 30 seconds before end of March hopefully.

Currently doing 5/3/1 and hoping to use some sort of progression as an assistance exercise on one of the days but would be willing to do it separately if needs be.

These are L Sits in case anyone doesn't know what I'm talking about:

Got access to parallel bars or dip bars?

That would be my first port of call, straight arm hold (also referred to as PB support) lift knees to waist height and hold. See how long you can get out of that.

If you've got 3x30secs of that with relative ease start with straight legs pointing at 45degrees and bring legs higher as your strength improves.

Yeah have dip bars alright and will definitely start doing that next time I'm in the gym. Cheers.

having trouble lifting yourself do 1 leg at a time one on ground one in the air,

then you can move onto tucked l-sit,alternating leg l-sit,l-sit

do dips, push up on parallettes to build strength

i would just do them twice a week 5 sets of dips or pushup not to failure 60-70% of max & 5 sets of holds max

We used to do similar in Martial Arts, we'd balance on our 2 knuckles nearest your thumb, now you can practice anywhere!
