Youtube fitness channels

    I've been browsing Youtube hoping to find an adequate fitness channel for my girlfriend but I only stumble upon some housewives showing off and real body-builders who make a real training and tell you how to gain the muscles and weight. And it's not what she needs, of course.
    Can you advice some Youtube channels with fitness exercises for girls?
