Flapjacks

    Hello

I have made a batch of homemade flapjacks to have either immediately before or after a workout, or for breakfast.

The batch has made about 20 flapjacks. Obviously I am not going to eat the whole batch, which brings me to my question.

How do people store their flapjacks? Can you freeze them? If so, how long should they last? And do they require defrosting?

    Thanks

not sure they will freeze well (paleo/primal bars will though as there is no cooking involved)

Mine typically hold up well for 3 days then after that they go too hard

    I'd freeze them.
I make bars in batches of 16 (110 cals each so small) and freeze them until i need them. Take them out in blocks of 4 and they're always fine.
