    Hi all

    Well basically i have weight trained seriously for a good few years and would appear to most people im sure quite fit looking! Now, while i am quite strong and enjoy weight training i have never been a fan of cardio!

    I tried things like trx/spinning which certainly helped with fitness but never kept it up! And i can never bring myself to do tho whole 40 minute run on a treadmill, it is the most depressing thing i can think of!

    Just wondering if anyone has some ideas of how i can motivate myself to get fit as im even struggling with my 5 minute warm ups these days!

    Im not a big fan of outdoor running either as one of my knees is fairly shot but i guess i could probably jog if i really wanted to!
