correct form when squatting??

    hi guys,as part of my workout i squat 12x60kg,10x80kg and 8x100kg,however lately im starting to get a pain/pressure in my lower back halfway thru the 80kg set and have to stop.is this due to bad form??i keep back straight and try to keep thighs parallel with floor each rep.maybe i should just push thru??:rolleyes:

    To truly assess your form we need a good clear video. If you're experiencing pain, especially sharp pain, DO NOT push through.

    Pain in your back is a red flag! don't risk hurting your back until you've your form sorted.

    until then have you thought of switching to front squats for a period of time? it will still work your quads and will also strengthen your lower back. Just go very light on the weight at the start
