    Whats are peoples view on this exercise? I favour a curl bar as it takes the pressure off my wrists and i feel it focused more on my traps and delts. But recently ive used a wide grip on the straight bar, not nearly as much pressure on wrists, less range of motion though

    one arm DB upright rows i find better, no problem with wrist and easier on the shoulders too
