Place CV on screen, apply sticky tape to corners and voila! CV on computer ;)

Place it over the screen, iron it, then peel off.

If any potential employer sees this thread you might as well load the CV up your anal passage

Don't forget once you've managed to get it up on your screen, you will still need to print.

Just type it out, surely it's not that long. It'll only take 20 minutes max. Then copy it to a usb key.

As others have said, type it up and save it or get the use of an image scanner.

On the off chance you are going to try that, dont. Download one of the free "word" like programs such as open office and type it out. If you cant do that bring it into reads on Nassau Street and pay for them to scan it.

Post your CV off to Bill Gates at Microsoft, 1 Main Street, America and he'll stick it up on your computer for you.

    That's what I always do.

I can't say anything about the OP, I've never written a CV and I wouldn't have the first clue what to do with it if I did.

    Ctrl. Alt. ↓

↓ being the "down" directional button on your keyboard. The computer will download the CV.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 2,599 ✭✭✭ECO_Mental

    This is funny.....

but I think the OP is taking the P***

If he/she is computer literate enough to open a boards account and start a new thread and type stuff in the text editor, and use the quote function to reply to a post then he knows whats hes at:rolleyes:

OP, I would not bother with your CV.

The Higgs Boson particle has been found. Vacancy closed at CERN.

You won't be able to do it if your computer is one of the many which has the system 32 virus so i would start by deleting that anyway.

Write some optical character recognition software using a specified technology of your choice (e.g. Java/XML) , which converts your paper-based document into digital format (e.g. Word, PDF). That sound good OP?

Well you've got CV spelt correctly. Always a good start :o
