I do trx quite frequently and was never given any diet plan

Diet plan is all really about what your weight goals are not what exercise you are doing.

There's no specific diet for TRX afaik! You eat to fuel your workout & your goals!

If your ambition is to get fit then workout your maintenance calories & eat to your target. If you want to lose weight -500 off your target calories or to gain weight +500 calories & eat to your target. Get your calories from "clean" sources Meat, fish, fruit, veg, nuts & seeds & stay away from junk food!
This is the simplest way to start!

Like any other training it depends on the instructor! Straight out TRX (classes) get's very tedious as there's only so many things you can do with the equipment! Also the whole 45-60 minute class format is pure overkill (imo). Adding Kettkebells & cardio helps break the monotony of it, but again the length of time is overkill & form goes out the window....if it's even thought! Also throwing beginners into some of the movements I've seen instructors use is very irresponsible. People shouldn't be doing corework with their feet suspended in straps if they can't do it on the mats 1st!

So yeah, it's good that it get's you moving, it's very versatile in terms of moves & resistance levels you can use. You can also use the straps nearly anywhere (but rings are better for this if you know what you're doing) you have something to hang out of!

It's bad if you're in a class & the instructor doesn't have clue how to structure appropriately (like any class format)
