Hi Guys, Just bought a multigym and was wondering if anyone can recommend any site where I can get some workout plans. At the moment I'm really just messing with it doing what I want but I want to get some sort of plan together. Thanks

Hey John, when I first set my own multigym up I used this guys videos http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uM72uhQ0bAs
He is pretty good and his site provides you with a pretty good workout chart which outlines what to do each day
