    HI folks,

I'm dreadul at eating fruit. Have been training and cycling to compete in a few events this year though and was wondering if anyone could recommend a good blender?

The only way I reckon I'll get any decent amount of fruit into me is to blend it down and drink it.

I have a magic bullet type one.

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Hinari-MB280-Genie-Multi-Attachment-Blender/dp/B000GG4MCU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1358359783&sr=8-1

    free delivery there.

It is very small on the counter, I do not use the juicer bit. It is ideal since it is so small there is no wastage with food sticking to the sides, like you get in a large blender doing small amounts. You can drink directly from the clear cup/cover that screws onto the black base with the blades. Then the blade and cup can be just rinsed, or popped in the dishwasher. Or you get lids so can cap it and just wash the black blade section.

It is not for heavy duty stuff though, no meat or anything. Great for fruit and protein shakes, pancake mixtures etc. Might be cheaper in homeware stores in the sales here. YOu will see bad review on amazon about it being a poor "processor".

Would I not be better off just pay the extra and get an actual magic bullet?
