Any ideas? Ideally low fat, high protein.

Are you in a position to make your own?

I make a base sauce and change it around as required.

Tomatos, Fresh Basil, Garlic, Onion and Chilli is the standard base sauce i'd use. Blend it all up, and (as mush as required) heat in a saucepan. I make it once per week, and it'll last me 2/3 days once kept in the fridge.

And when you want to use it for rice you could add Garam Masala, cumin, tandori powder to the base tomato sauce?
