    this applies to 13 yr old boxer...he is in championships in 6 weeks time...he will be fighting at thirty nine kgs currently just over forty...his diet is ok but would anyone advise daily food guide....breakfast 3 weetabix low fat milk,10.45 4 plain rich tea biscuits ,13.10 brown bread sandwich ham lettuce cucumber,meat potatoes veg for dinner,snacks some chocalate,crisps....trains four times a week in very good shape,i can see obvious things but can anyone suggest diet that would be healty but drop the kg and half in six weeks
