There is a thread on this in Coffee & Tea, but thought some people over here might take an interest in it.

I have been trying it since last Saturday and can say that I find it great. Feel full after it and there are no jitters. Granted I have been struggling to get good fats in my diet, so I think that might add to the appeal of it and also wanting more.

Can take a little getting used to but I find it fantastic now.

Mr.Asprey has some pretty far fetched views on things, and I was very skeptical about this as well, I've tried it now and can't get enough. He talks on Joe Rogans podcast the odd time as well.

Its very different than what I was expecting, I might not make it an everyday thing but I will keep at it.

Sounds like something to try. Breakfast is the meal I really struggle with composition wise. Decades worth of body programming I guess.
Amusing that he's in the States but recommends Kerrygold. :D
