for walkers are much nicer then both king and tayto

Walkers aren't even in the same league. And they're small and greasy as sh1te.

I still have a crisp packet bought in a Manchester pub in the mid 90’s, its says King but is in Tayto packaging, blow my f*ckin mind.
But cross breeding crisps and bars is like bum raping Mother Nature, dangerous stuff.

King and Tayto are the same company now.

The King packet from Manchester contained actual tayto. They used to sell them as King in New York too when I lived there. Tayto crisps in a tayto designed bag with the tayto colours but it said King instead of Tayto.

As opposed to our King tayto in the red bag here in Ireland.

Eat a Twirl bar at the same time as a packet of crisps. It might not sound good but just try it. Unfortunately I don't think this is what this product is

Will they have cheese and onion flavour?

It's like cigarettes. Put a cancer warning on the pack and sales increase. Put a picture of a fat man on a chocolate bar and watch those fat lads go!

If advertising taught us anything so far....

Flakes are for skinny blonde bitches
Galaxy bars are for mean burds who never leave the house
Yorkie bars are for tough guys
Tayto bars are for fat blokes

Ah ok, thought you might have seen chocolate on there!

Damn, €45 to deliver €30 worth of crisps  Are they having a laugh, that's worse than ebay.

I suspect this might not be a real product.

  • Registered Users Posts: 2,691 ✭✭✭michellie

I think you can just buy it in tayto park ?

What worries me most is the amount of people who use Tayto in the plural form. Or refer to crisps in general as *shudder* taytos.

Expect to see them in SPAR shops from 15th April.

They will be a Limited Edition.

Tayto owned by Largos food has a monopoly on crisps here. They own king, tayto and hunky dory.

But still beside salt and vinegar tayto they all taste nasty. But i hope try to make a decent chocolate but dont get your hopes up

Just had one....nah....packet of tayto and dairy milk still better. Or better still..... salt & vinegar hula hoops mixed with m&ms or minstrels....now yer talkin ;)

So, what? It's just a chocolate bar made by Tayto?

    Who gives a fuck?
No, its just a chocolate bar made by someone else with a Tayto wrapper on it.

JCB were once a reputable company that specialized in heavy plant equipment, they later diversified and got involved in badge engineering crappy DIY garden tools. Their name and reputation is now mud.

Tayto will go down the same route producing crappy chocolate.

    I had one yesterday.

Not really that impressed to be honest , main reason being its really cheap chocolate they are using.

Obviously keeping cost down but if they linked in with Cadburys it would be so much better!

Also they are very small , like 35g bars. Like a Animal bar.
