Struggle With Goals

    Hey all,

So I've started back training on Monday, weighting in at 80kg, with the idea of dropping myself to 70-72kg.

First 2 days back have been grand, but I was checking myself out in the mirror in the gym today*. And J could notice my bones in my upper chest showing, and it just kind of got me worried that if I got down to 70-72 that I could look very boney.

    Stats are
    Height 5 11"
    Weight 80kg
    BF% 17.5-18

My main aim is to get my BF% down to 8-10%, but I don't want to look like skin and bones either.

So to my main issue with training...

After seeing my chest bones being quiet prominently in the mirror, I am in doubt about my goals and weather i should abandon it for a different way to cut my BF% down while not cutting much weight...But this has been my story for 14 months now, having 1 uncompleted goal after another, and I don't want this one to be another.

How hard is it to add some mass to the chest area?

*not going to lie and say I caught a look at myself in the mirror
