Best iPhone app for nutritional content of foods

    Like many people, I am planning to take up 5:2 intermittent fasting (as outlined in this thread).

    I am looking for recommendations for the best iPhone app which gives the nutritional content of food. This would preferably be European focused (as opposed to American food/weights).

    This one is excellent Dudara. You can track what you eat as well as access the extensive database of almost every food you can imagine. Lots of Irish/ home produces foods on there too
