    HI all,
im eating Jordans tropical granola for breakfast in the mornings but want to cut down on the amount im puting in the bowl. Im looking to use around 45g of the granola with something added to it and am open to suggestions... Im no fan of porridge but surely there is somekind of oats that could be added?
    thanks

Would usually mix it with muesli, a banana and some almonds.

you do realise there is 14.1g of sugar in a 45g serving which works out as 56cals of sugar out of a total of 240cals which makes it close to a 25% sugar.

Sorry to say but better choice would be a sugar and wheat free one at the least or even porridge

cheers wasn't aware of this at all to be honest... thought it was a healthy option. What's a good alternative for someone who doesnt like porridge? Id love to throw a load of nuts in a bowl with something every other morning but cant seem to find large bags of mixed nuts anywhere, they all seem to be smaller expensive bags?
    cheers

Asian shops are great for buying large bags of nuts and personally i make flapjacks or paelo bars or have bacon and eggs (with spinach and avocado on the side) for bfast
