Browns losing their best defensive end Shaun Ellis to retirement
    That's it I think

Nope, on the roster at 89 rating and the ripe old age of 38

    Here for another year

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 13,224 ✭✭✭✭SantryRed

    Lads, they can still retire.

I had Ray Lewis and Tony Gonzalez retire on me AFTER the draft.

Yeah that's annoying. If I knew Gonzalez was going to retire I'd draft a TE but I don't want to waste a first rounder if he's not going to go. risk it for a biscuit

So far only Casey Hampton has gone, still worried about Harrison.

Not sure if Lewis will go, but I resigned Ellerbe in case. Not really the same though.

Packers lose Woodson, Saturday and Driver to retirement.

Silver lining is the $10mil Woodson was due to collect is now ready to spend in FA!

So Dallas Clark has just disappeared from my squad. no update or anything... i'm guessing he has retired but why didnt i have the opportunity to use the te retirement pack?

  • Moderators, Science, Health & Environment Moderators Posts: 21,693 Mod ✭✭✭✭helimachoptor

You don't get to use the pack, just reduces the chances that he will retire

yeah I don't like the way the game handles retirements. It's really a gamble, I could buy a TE retirement package because I think he's going to retire and he might not, waste of ~15'000 points. Same with the draft, as I already said. Frustrates me in offline too

looks like your looking for a new MLB mate :(

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,244 ✭✭✭Guffy

gpna be on for next 10 min if anyone wants me to check a player for them

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 1,494 ✭✭✭The_Gatsby

Even if they're on the roster, could still mean they won't be there come the start of next season. So if a player is there don't take that as they didn't retire.

Looks like im playing the 'will he wont he' game with Brady!!!

Could do with him going and saving me 14mil in cap space to sign JJ or SuperCam!!

Surely if he didn't retire just now then that's it and he is here for the season?

Does Madden retire players later on in the offseason?
