I'd say the first thing people here will ask you is what your average diet is and how many kcals you take in per day so it might be of your interest to post that too.

    You are starving your body.

I'm 5'1 and half your weight and I eat more than 1600 calories a day.

Well this is why i'm looking for help with a food plan, to get me on track.

I still have a good breakfast and dinner, with fruit in-between
I just sit at a desk all day, so no need to be loading in the kcals either.
My understanding is you don't eat more than you burn, but i could be wrong.

For you to maintain your weight you should be eating over 3000 calories.

(weight in lbs x 14 to maintain, x 12 for weight loss)

Are you not absolutely famished at the end of the day?

Have you read the stickies here?

I don't be hungry at the end of day. ie dinner would be chicken fillet with brown rice and veg, another day would be fish.
maybe after a hard cycle i may have something extra to eat like tuna or scramble eggs.

No didnt read the stickies, will have a look there now.

Increasing your calories will be daunting at first but stick with it.

Post up your new diet plan when you have it sorted and people here can critique it for you.

    Best of luck :)
