aib online transaction history incomplete

    am i missing an option here somewhere? i have dec 2012 statement which goes up to about 10dec. i then have online transaction history back as far as about 01jan. i have nothing in between.

    is this common enough? i have been away and i have had dosens of transactions on my account so im wondering am i just noticing a limitation with their online system now for the first time?

    When viewing account overview did you click 'view all recent transactions' or 'view all' on the mobile app? That option usually shows about 90 or so transactions.

    hi cushie, that option shows back to 02jan but doesnt show anything before it.

    How many transactions did you have between Jan 2nd and today? AFAIK, "View all recent transactions" will only show a limited number, around 90 or so

    the standard view shows 10 lines. when i click view all recent transactions it shows 82 lines. im saying lines instead of transactions because some transactions (foreign currency visa debit purchases for example) take up multiple lines.

    Mine shows 96 lines, but for me that goes back to October. I'd say it probably is the volume of transactions so, they only show the last "X" transactions on that screen

    its very annoying. never had the problem before. before this the only thing i disliked about aib online service (which i rate above all others) was the bloody card reader they introduced. i guess im gonna have to ring them up now and ask them to go through all my transactions with me!
