    hey..
    How many sets should i be doin to build muscle?
    Some people tell me that i should do 4 and someone else told me that by doin 4 sets i could damage myself...
    Anyone have any views on it?

    I do 3 sets and to failure on each set, which is usually around the 8 - 12 mark.
