Looking for Circuit Training Classes in Cork

    Hi, can anyone recommend evening circuit training classes in Cork, city or suburbs or nearby towns, in a gym, sports club or hall. I'm moving to cork next week and and going to miss a great class in Waterford.

    Hi there,

    I'm one of the owners of the Train Station Gym in Midleton (15 min east of city) - www.trainstationgym.com - we have plenty classes - kettlebells, boxing, thai boxing, circuits, ViPR, etc etc.

    Do you know whereabouts you're staying - there's some decent studios popping up around the city with some great instructors and classes...be happy to recommend a few local to you.

    Thanks for the info, the classes on your timetable look great. I'll be staying on cobh for the next few weeks, so if I cant find something nearby, I'll come back to you.
