Sore back

I'm crippled with lower back pain since last Friday.

I was going on a 3 hour car journey and my back was fine before it but when I tried to get out of the car afterwards I completely seized up.

I'm resting and hubbie is giving me regular back runs with cooling gel which do give relief.

My question is, as I've never suffered back issues before, should I go to my gp, a physio or a chiropractor for help? Thanks.

In all these situations the earlier you can get professional help the better.

If it were me I would go to a physio asap.

He/She will be able to assess you and offer advice.

    Stay positive.:)
