Pearshape and cellulite

    I am 5.4 in height and currently weigh 147 pounds. I have a bmi of 25.2 i think and I know I'm overweight and need to lose about a stone and a half. My goal weight is 9 stone. However I have a very pear shaped body and carry most of my weight on my bottom half. I have very bad cellulite. I have seen unfit women in their fifties with less cellulite than me. It's the cellulite that actually stops me from getting into relationships rather than my weight because I am so ashamed of it. So I'm just wondering does anyone know any particular exercises which has dramatically reduced their cellulite. I would be so grateful for any advice.

    Hi,

    You should focus on your diet and reducing calories.
    The cellulite will improve as you lose weight.

    Ps: Don't worry about cellulite affecting relationships or confidence because everyone else is too self-obsessed with their own bodies to be worrying about yours :)
