Recommend a program after break

    I'm looking for suggestions for a good weights program to increase strength, flexibility and size in that order, I am coming back to training after 5 month break due to minor back injury which is 90% cured now. I done BLaBA last year which I found great for keeping things interesting, any other programs out there along the same lines people have tried?
