r4 3ds problem

I got 2 r4 3ds cards for the kids but all o am getting is loads of lines on the screen. They worked first time but after that I just get a section of the screen working fine but below that is just lines. The ds works fine with other games.

you could try taking off the software from it and putting it back on, or asking whoever you got them from to see if they can fix them...

Say its the software on the card go to there original site where the cards are made download the kernel for your card and put it on the Sd thing about R4 files can get damaged easily enough
