    Basically any simple whey protein.
or taken protein in about 2 months

Not even a chicken breast or an egg? Taking a protein supplement is the basically the exact same as a couple of eggs or a chicken fillet or steak. Taking a shake rather than a chicken breast isn't going to make you 'bigger'

And the No.1 reason why people 'fail'. You need to count your calories. Use Myfitnesspal or some other online calorie counter to document all your foods. To lose the weight you need to be eating less calories than you are currently expending. A baseline figure is taking a deficit of 500 calories per day, which will result in around 1lb being lost each week. I wouldn't recommend any lower of a deficit as you say you are training pretty hard and often.

Calculate your Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), plenty of online calculators- http://www.ibodyfit.com/calc-mycalories.php For example.

Then calculate how many calories you expend using the same page above. Knock 500 calories off and there is your baseline.
