Anywhere around north Dublin that do classes in weight training for men?

I went to the gym a couple of times with the idea of losing weight and gaining muscle but always found i didn't have a clue what i was doing and shyed away from going any more and still remain way out of shape. I'd like to learn how to lift correctly, what exercise does what and just gain some knowledge so i be a bit more confident on my own in the gym and hopefully pursue and reach my goals - its very frustration wanting to do it but not knowing what your doing :o..

Yes 1 to 1 training, €80 for the 2 sessions. Excellent value imo.

Re read this post, I missed the info I asked earlier as I am obviously not very observant :o

North Dublin close to the city James Hanley, he "sometimes" posts on here :P http://www.revolutionfitness.ie/

If you're out blanch Direction Dara in CF15 is a good coach, the fundamentals class would be ideal for this, his PT rates are very reasonable
http://fitnessperformancesystems.ie/ You won't get him before the 10th of Jan as he's away!

If you're out North Co. Dublin, Steve Weinmann out in PTI is also an excellent coach http://www.performancetherapy.ie/

Plenty of other good trainers, they're just the 1's I'd have the most experience dealing with!

No worries, we all have our blonde moments ..some more than others :P
PTI sounds like the one, right on my door step and it would give me an excuse to use my bike!

Cheers for the info bud you've been a great help ;)
