Caffeine Cycling

Just wondering is there anyone around here who cycle's there caffeine intake to get the best benefits from it ?

I started a new job recently and I feel I need caffeine to keep me perked up and alert and tbh positive because iv to put up with a lot of sh*t to say the least from disgruntled customers :D.

I use to do 2 to 3 weeks on caffeine depending on how quickly id build a tolerance to a certain level usually around the 200 to 250 mg mark and then id cycle off for another 2 to 3 weeks where id cut it entirely out of my diet to reset my tolerance level.

My fear is i use to purposely use caffeine for training and never anything more, my work is ruining this set up and im building more and more of a tolerance every day to caffeine hence not getting that addictive buzzed up feeling of energy and joy!

anyone else going through anything similar in regards to caffeine intake with work and training ?

    cheers

i just do 2 days on three days off cycles and seems to work fine.

on off days i just use green tea which will have some caffeine but no where close to 2-3 espressos/americanos a day
