Butland does not want to move to Chelsea, as he is not guaranteed 1st team football. To be honest he is not good enough yet for 1st team football at any PL club. It is best for his career if he stays where he is, getting 1st team football. A move to Chelsea would destroy his potential.

If Chelsea did want a young keeper why not recall Courtois. Absolutely pointless him going there, as Cech has years left and Courtois is better at the moment. Unless he goes on loan to another club his development will stall and may not turn into the mighty goalkeeper England are hoping.

The problem is that courtois is too good to sit on the bench and cech is too good to be dropped so there is just not room for both. Chelsea may use courtois in any deal to bring in falcao in the summer.

Letting Courtois go would be criminal on Chelsea's part. He is the best goalkeeper in Spain this season (with an honourable mention to that unfortunately named genltleman Willy Caballero) and is only 20 years old.

He is going to be one of the top 3 in the world very soon, and in a position that is very often lacking in quality options.

No it's not an Arsenal player but most Arsenal fans are annoyed at a lack of transfer activity.
