Just started reading this book and like the humor and no-excuses attitude the author has. Anyone done the program or read the book?

Was very interested in reading this too. Would lobe to hear what people think too!

I've just finished born to run and really enjoyed it!

I've read both, born to run I thought was a brilliant read! Hypes up the tarahumara a bit, but really great book and one I'm planning to read again over Christmas.

Read run fat b!tch run in one sitting! Loved the style of writing! But didn't find it motivational in the least... I really didn't like her "look in the mirror and hate yourself" technique... Didn't follow the program, but a fun read!

enjoyed born to run but overall running on its own is quite a poor way to look and feel your best - got to mix in some mobility work (foam rolling, stretching, yoga etc) and body weight or weighted workouts
